Colleen’s love of fashion started at a young age and that love has only blossomed over time. After graduating from Framingham State University, Colleen spent time developing her style. From custom ballet costumes to creating unique designs, Colleen knew that she wanted to do more. That is where Colleen Cecelia’s Textiles was born and the art of upcycling became her new passion.

In 2022, Colleen’s work was featured in New York Fashion Week.
